The Board of Directors has approved the manufacture of a distinctive RAPCAN flag to be used at conventions and other functions where RAPCAN enjoys a presence. The flag is 3'x 6' flag, featuring a silk-screened RAPCAN logo (approx 33" dia.), on light-weight, government-specified nylon, making it light enough to fly well in the lightest of breezes. The four vertical stripes represent an airline Captain's sleeve insignia. The gold stripes signify that members were all First Officers at one time, and the grey stripe represents retirement - a true heraldic representation.
