RAPCAN
is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to
maintain and continue the close friendships and
associations of its members, to promote their
general welfare and to assist the transition of
active pilots into retirement. Regular Members are
limited to pilots who are a minimum of 50 years old, have completed a minimum of
15 years of airline service and retire in good standing from a Canadian airline
operating under Canadian Air Regulation 705. Exceptions to the 15 years of
airline service can be made with a two thirds majority of the Board of
Directors.

- Publishing on
this web site, the monthly luncheons of 21
Groups of Retirees including winter meetings
in Tampa, FL
- Publishing
a membership, address,
telephone and email directory every 2 years.
- Organizing
and hosting an Annual Reunion
- Publishing
Position Report magazine three times a
year
- Internet
newsletter published several times a month.

AIRLINE
PILOTS OF CANADA
documents and preserves information on the lives and careers
of some of these pilots and their associates. It is a
collection of information from a variety of sources:
biographies, obituaries, retirement notices, newspaper
articles, etc.
